Who is in the car with you?

My name is Jacqueline Regev and I am the owner and primary instructor with Bubble of Safety Driving School. For more than 25 years, as a classroom teacher, teacher educator, and mom, I've encouraged people to grow and develop new understandings of the world around them. I love teaching folks the driving skills they need to travel their own roads in a "bubble of safety."

My biggest challenge is that there aren't enough hours available afterschool and on the weekends to serve all the wonderful families with teens that reach out to me. My afterschool and weekend calendar is booked/reserved for continuing students.

I only have weekday appointments available for adult students or teens who have flexible schedules.

Meet Our Team

I loved going on road trips with my dad as a kid. Now as an adult, that passion hasn’t faded about. After moving to California from my homeland in Peru, I understood the way of life in California, and what it represents to own a car. I was lucky that I knew how to drive before I decided to leave my country but I was still a beginner, so there were a lot of things I had to re-learn, most importantly, the laws and rules of the road. Not every person is perfect, and you will come across a lot of them when traveling on the road. That is why my goal as a driving instructor is to prepare new drivers to become the example of good driving, with the knowledge and capability to make appropriate choices. I know we all want to get our driver’s licenses fast and easy, but what it takes to become an excellent driver is patience and a lot of practice, and I think those are the two main virtues we need to follow. Let's try making our roads and commutes more safe and pleasant!
